Fume Hood Body Fume Hoods are made of galvanized sheet metal. The completed cabinets undergo a phosphate washing process and are made suitable for painting. The cabinets, painted with epoxy electrostatic powder coating, are baked at 200°C.
Glass System: Made of 6mm tempered glass with up and down movement. Placed into the glass channel with aluminum frames. The glass channel is covered with pull plastic to facilitate glass movement.
Fan System: Snail Type Exhaust Fan - (Motor size is determined after calculating the exhaust line)
It is a polypropylene centrifugal exhaust fan designed to discharge highly corrosive chemical vapors and gases.
Fan Control System: Siemens Inverter
The inverter system is used to adjust the ventilation to the desired and safe value during laboratory testing. If the value read on the VAV is low or high, the user adjusts the suction value with the inverter.
Air Flow VAV Control Monitor System: Schneider-electric brand FM 500
Ensures the determination of air flow value in the fume hood exhaust discharge system. If the suction value is above the specified value, it warns with a red light and sound. If the suction value is below the specified value, it warns with a yellow light and sound. If the suction value is within the specified values, it indicates with a green light that the values are appropriate. Products comply with DIN 12924 and DIN EN 14175-2 standards.

TYPES OF BENCHES
C-Type Leg Hanging Laboratory Benches C-Type leg benches have a 150mm gap between the floor and the cabinet, providing ease in washing the laboratory area and preventing contamination. Additionally, since the cabinet is completely isolated from the ground, it will be more durable as water, moisture, chemicals, etc., cannot reach it from the floor.
Plinth Type Cabinet Laboratory Benches In plinth type cabinets, the cabinet is placed on the floor with 10cm legs. Since the cabinet height is greater in plinth type benches, there will be more storage space.
Mobile Cabinet Laboratory Benches Mobile type cabinet benches are used under C-Type leg benches. In these types of benches, the mobility of the cabinets allows for effective use of all areas.

4- Industrial Ceramic Bench Surface Stone products produced to meet high chemical resistance requirements in accordance with EN 14879-6 standard for laboratory benches. Fired at 1240°C and has a special material density. Resistant to the most corrosive chemicals such as hydrochloric acid. Can be used in fume hoods and benches. Integral water collector available. Color: Optional Thickness: 20mm – 26/33mm
5- Nano Ceramic Bench Surface White stone ceramic material. The surface is very smooth, making it easy to clean. Color: White Thickness: 20mm
6- Epoxy Resin Bench Surface One of the high-performance laboratory products. Resistant to the most corrosive chemicals. It is a product that can be processed after manufacture. Can be used in fume hoods and bench surfaces.
7- Corian Bench Surface An antibacterial product used in microbiology and chemical-free laboratory benches. It provides a visually clean appearance as the joint areas are not visible.
B-Leg System: C-TYPE
C-type leg system is used for laboratory benches. C-type legs are made from 30x60x2mm DKP profile. The legs are made ready for painting by applying phosphate washing process.
